Here's What Happens Next

We'll review your order, and if your artwork has no issues, we'll start the production process. Orders without issues will not be sent a proof.

If we see any potential issues - especially with your artwork file - we'll contact you prior to beginning production by doing the following:

1. We'll send you a proof within the next 24-48 hours, so check your inbox. Please remember, the countdown to ship your order only begins once we have your approval. If you are a new customer, you may want to check your spam folder. You can also check on the status of your proof in your account.

2. Approve your proof. Once we have your approval, the order will move directly to the production phase. If we don't receive feedback or approval on your digital proof within 3 business days of payment, we will bypass proof approval and send your order into production and no credits will be issued.  Any changes to an order that has already been approved will incur a 15% order change fee in order to accommodate by stopping the production process.

You will get another email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
